I am a board-certified pediatrician, certified coach, and founder of Eliza Humphreys MD, LLC. I support parents in being more mindful and intentional as caregivers. As a parent myself, I know firsthand how impactful this work can be.

Over two decades of experience as a physician. Residency-trained in both general pediatrics and preventive medicine and public health.
Former Medical Director of my hospital’s Newborn Nursery.
Certified by the Life Coach School and Jai Institute for Parenting.
Master coach trained as a Trauma-Informed Professional Coach through Lodestar.
Completed the Polyvagal-Informed Certificate course.
