What kinds of topics will be discussed?

The curriculum is based on four essential pillars of parenting:

In the weekly meetings, we will celebrate wins, practice tools, and review strategies.

What if I’m interested but not ready to commit?

Totally understandable. You’re welcome to join the mailing list or attend a one-time workshop to get a feel for it.

What’s the time commitment?

We know life is full—especially for parents. This brief caregiver series is intended to be high-yield: big impact without a burdensome time commitment or financial investment. It's meant to help parents feel confident and connected and make lasting changes. Weekly one-hour virtual meetings are the minimum commitment—the rest is up to you! The more time you invest, the more you are likely to gain.

What's the cost?

$100 for entire workshop.
